At MB, our summer internship program offers college students an immersive experience in the employee benefits industry, combining hands-on learning with real-world impact. From May through August, our interns and co-op are fully integrated into our teams, working on projects across a variety of areas such as Sales, Financial Analytics, Strategy & Innovation, IT, Population Health, and Client Management. Guided by senior leadership and collaborating with industry experts, they work on tasks that contribute directly to MB, from analyzing financial data to supporting client initiatives.

Beyond gaining technical skills, interns and co-ops develop an understanding of our industry’s complexities and MB’s innovative approach. Many of our interns choose to continue their journey with us part-time during the academic year, while others transition into full-time roles after graduation, confidently beginning their careers with the skills, connections, and experience gained from their internship.
